Nasty. Asked to use the restroom and they said they couldn't give me the code and to go ask customer service, where there is one employee and 5 customers in line. BTW, there is also shoplifting detectors to the restroom. Bagger did let me in and it was gross in there. Also they don't maintain the carts in the parking lot.

I been shopping here getting groceries for years but now i have a two year old and i decided to get her some lunchables. I opened one this morning and thank god i was paying attention because she grabbed the turkey but i saw something on it and sure enough it was all molded i called and they said they would "make it right" however if my daughter ate this who knows how sick she couldve gotten then i wouldve made it right with a lawsuit... Check your temps where these are at i guarantee they are not holding temp the way they should be.. how does this happen?

The water still tastes different. I bought water here before and I stopped buying for so long because the taste was really weird. I tried their water again, I feel like I am drinking a sharp water, my throat is not really comfortable every time I am drinking it. Never gonna buy water here again.

Self-check out cashiers are racists. Went in to pick up food for the holiday. Stood in line for self-checkout. There were people checking out at every checkout. The worker, literally, walked from the front and stood right behind me out of all the people. That feeling when you get like somebody is watching you, was intense. She was not moving around and walking up and down the self-checkout lane. She stayed fixed in one spot, right behind me, and stared me down. In fact, as soon as I stepped up to the checkout, she moved from the front to stand right behind me out of 4 people checking out.
I turned around and kindly asked her was she watching me, she responded very rudely and stated, "What are you talking about, it's my job," and continue arguing with me. I asked to speak with the store manager, and he semi-defended her, stating that, "it's her job to make sure nobody is stealing." Which I understand. But it is nobody's job to make customers feel like they are stealing by standing right behind them and breathing down their necks. 1 Black person, 3 Hispanics, and she stands directly behind me as if I was stealing, SHAMEFUL.

I was a customer and was so appalled at what I witnessed today at the deli. I will never go back here. Toya was scratching her butt and picking her nose and didn't wash her hands and was serving food ? she was wearing a yellow apron and was really disrespectful to her co worker using profanities and yelling " I don't have to do anything " her behavior is the most disgusting, unprofessional, belligerent attitude i have ever witnessed at a grocery store deli. Something needs to be done about this!

They delivered warm milk and melted ice cream when I took it directly into the store for a refund they refused, and the ladies that were working behind. The customer service counter were very rude to me and did not help me at all. I don’t have a lot of money to feed my kids and my kids are not wanting to drink this warm milk and the ice cream is ruined.

I moved here from ohio about nineteen years ago. I have shopped at krogers for over fifty years. My family has had a relationship with the kroger company for over sixty years. My uncle used to remodel, hang wallpaper and paint stores in Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, all over the midwest. This store has given me some of the worst experiences in the deli. I came into the store at 6:45 in the evening. The deli is not to close until 7 and they were already closed. No fresh cooked chicken out only frozen. Why in the world would you not have fresh cooked chicken out at dinner time. I've come at lunchtime and they didn't have fresh cooked chicken out. The deli employees are not polite. I once wanted an 8 piece, but because I don't eat breast's and I wanted to substitute the breasts. They were unwilling to substitute the breasts for thighs or legs or even wings. This store is literally half a mile from my house. But I do believe from now on I'll be going a little bit further to another Fry's.
