If I could do a zero that would be better! Missing a family reunion taking more time for checks to clear when it used to be on the spot losing faith in the banking systems! Frontwave to a backwave here screwing me on Christmas New Years and my Family reunion! Tanks on E got money but no way to get it because of your guys misinformation by two or more associates not good at all here!!! Zero faith you guys Suck!

Multiple attempts to contact just to be put on hold for 30 min to an hour unless your trying to open account. One ring and a pick up. Don’t bank with these guys. Moved and have contacted them about changing my address. Still all my mail goes to my old house. One of the worst banks

I love Frontwave! Had an account with them for years. Never had any issues. All the employees are friendly and help you out, but the worker Melinda was extremely rude. She had an attitude with me for no reason, and told me she couldn’t cash my check because of a “certain limit.” When I asked for a different worker, this other worker was extremely friendly and helped me out fast and cashed out my check completely.

Do not trust this bank I have been with then since 2008. They will steal your money if they make a mistake. Had a check bounce apparently a month after it was deposited, took 7 days to clear. Waited the time and sent the money back to source because I realized it was a bs gig. This bank is now stealing my money a month out because they cleared an, apparently, fraudulent check. This was not my mistake, when it cleared I thought I was safely assuming it was food because the bank said it was. Was just trying to start a new job. Do not trust this institution.
