They are a scam. They take application fees on property they don't plan on renting to anyone. Then tell you it will be a couple of hours , but ends up no response and no explanation for why your not approved. My broker whom showed the property to us quit the same day we saw and applied, due to her response " fremont property investment is corrupt.

This company is still renting houses in Pueblo,Colorado area that have been neglected as far as any upkeep maintenance goes both on the inside and outside of their rentals and the rent itself is outrageous for the conditions a majoriry of the rentals are in. Actions speak louder than the words on their website..the NON ACTION of the upkeep of their properties says alot about how this company conducts business. They DO NOT care about the tenants, their properties or their reputation as "raising the bar in property management " that their moto claims. Just another slum lord company that hides behind the facade of their "this sounds good" and outrageous claims that their company can be trusted to manage their clients assets. I came across one property that is for rent in the Pueblo West area on Facebook marketplace that has noticeable maintenance issues on the outside and not to mention the pictures of the inside that were also noticeably needing attention on the repairs and cleaning of the inside. At least clean inside before posting pictures! I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY NOR WOULD I GIVE ANYONE RECOMMENDATIONS.
If this is what they claim by "Raising the bar in property management" as they claim on their website..then that just proves that "slum lord" is that bar and very reachable by companies like this that do not have morally integrated standards...just gaslighting skills.

Worst company EVER. Unhealthy conditions. Huge crack in our ceiling that never got fixed. Only one grounded outlet in the entire house which is very unsafe for someone with a child. Once my lease is up, I will ABSOLUTELY be calling the health department or the state so something gets resolved for the next tenants. I will also be reporting them to the housing authority. We had a horrible roach and mice problem our first week living there. We were told the unit was professionally cleaned prior to us moving in and there was a kitchen cabinet the prior tenants had used for a litter box that wasn’t cleaned and there was horrible urine and feces buildup. Nothing has gotten fixed, and if it did, it’s taken weeks with no communication from their end and was still fixed improperly. Proficient property management service is absolutely a better way to go. I absolutely do not recommend Fremont Investment Partners. The owner is extremely rude as well. Please for the love of god, DO NOT RENT FROM THEM if you care about your health and safety at all. Do not. Do not. Do not. Also, I should add, they lose every single one of their employees within a few weeks of hiring so if that doesn’t tell you how bad the company is, nothing will.

This is by far the worst rental company we have ever come across. We paid $1,600 a month for a dinky house that had maintenance issues from the start. For example plumbing issues bad enough to have to call for maintenance at least 10 times within 6 months. Went a whole weekend without water my family had to pee outside because they couldn't be bothered to have anyone come out over the weekend. Not to mention the swamp cooler issues they just decided to stop addressing come Mid August. Got behind on rent but had arrangements set and they still took us to court to do the eviction process. Come January our heater decided to keep going out spent a week without heat, they lent us space heaters that blew the breakers in the house. They were told by multiple heating companies to replace the 45 year old furnace and instead of doing that they'd hire a new company and start replacing parts. Come mid March we get notice to vacate...AND they COULDN'T give us a reason. They really need to be shut down for their negligence and greedy nature.

Company rents properties that are not licensed/up to code/legal units. Many in disrepair, poor condition. Also very slow to respond to any maintenance issues. Looking at their business online, it seems they are ALWAYS posting job openings for "maintenance/remodel" staff. Company lacks integrity and professionalism. 12/10 do NOT recommend to anyone. Read other reviews and BBB before ever considering.

Rented from them for 3 years. Mind you we have outstanding references, took very good care of the property, and always paid the rent on time or early. They left us without hot water for 4 days with a newborn in the house, and told us to " boil water on the stove for bathing" The duct work under the house was held together with tape and dryer vents. The worst part was we kept getting reoccurring Black spots on the wall in the bathroom ( Mold). The condition of the house was very poor and the garage was literally collapsing in on itself. I hate using the term but slum lords is 100% accurate. I do NOT recommend them and I am so fortunate we bought our home when we did. Despite our calls and being long term good tenants and outstanding upkeep they still kept a large proton of our deposit for cleaning. Which we had done professionally before we gave it back. These people Need to be held accountable.

This company is the worst rental company I've ever had to deal with. They don't care about making repairs for their renters. We were without a working oven for SIX MONTHS in the house we rented and because we weren't able to clean the carpets ourselves, they charged us the full deposit for cleaning. They are awful, rude people with the exception of the maintenance man who was the only one who cared to help us at all. Stay away from this company. They are awful.
