Tried calling Clyde’s office all day and not a single time did I get an answer. How long do you expect your customers to sit on hold for? I waited 30-45 minutes each time. I will be pulling my money and leaving. Terrible customer service.. absolutely terrible

Horrible customer service. The calls go unanswered. When you finally get through calls are dropped during transfer. MESAAGES ARE NEVER RETURNED. Promised a call back today. Never received. Avoid putting your money here. You will regret it.

Frank, the Bank Manager is a fantastic person. I've told everyone in my family to open an account with that branch specifically. I've never had such a professional, down to earth experience with any of my loans and investments before. The best Banking experience!

Frank the branch manager has been involved with the Clyde community and its banks for years now, he is one of the many reasons I came back to Fremont federal he knows the community and he knows how people should be treated, he treats everyone with kindness and compassion, his heart and passion for us a members and ultimately people, makes banking a very genuine experience here, if you haven't been to this location it's brand new and beautiful inside.
