I’m a sole proprietor who got their 2022 and 2023 tax returns prepared by Frazer. I ended up getting an IRS notice on my 2022 return, and owed an additional $1,450 in taxes. Frazer did not help me in resolving the issue after I contacted them several times and I had to find another accounting firm to identify and correct the error and amend the return. Needless to say, I will not be returning, and if you’re a small business owner, do not come here for your taxes. They have no accountability, assurance, or responsiveness.
