Still waiting for my claim to be processed after 3 weeks.They want me to get my fence fixed first,then send them the bill and they will pay for third of the costs.Time to find new insurance!

Literally the shadiest and most anti LGBTQ experience I have ever had. Not only did they keep a person on my account after I specifically asked them to take them off, I had to sift through 36 pages and on the back of one page I saw it and lost so much money for it- then I was promised a little bit back by an agent who overpromised
And then gave me nothing back for their error.
If I would have known I needed a lawyer to look through an insurance policy to catch such a sneaky tactic I would have.

To make matters worse I asked so many times for my name and pronouns to be respected and I swear it made the situation worse. Their error and you want to now put me in collections.

You won’t get a dime.
Better business bureau here we come.
Utterly ridiculous.

Icing on the cake:
I went and got other insurance for better coverage for half the cost and much better customer service

Shout out to Geico.

Get better morals and don’t mess with peoples moneyz

I don't live in Columbus but he took me on as a client. I just make my payments through the Allstate App.

I have renter's and car insurance with him which brought down my car insurance and I added on the Road side assistance which I have had to use 4-5 times in the last 7 years.

I just want to say if you're are shopping around this is the man you want to have as your agent. Thank you Frank Lengal Jr.
