I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience with Francisco I went in to get clarification on a significant charge I wasn’t expecting, and instead of receiving a straightforward explanation, I was met with vague, dismissive comments and irrelevant details about unrelated aspects of my taxes.

When I asked why the charge was so much higher than I had been led to believe, I was told, “I guess it’s more this time”—which is not only unprofessional but completely unhelpful. To make matters worse, the taxpayer proceeded to explain something else I hadn’t even asked about, while the actual issue went unresolved.

I had been misinformed in the past by this individual, which led me to believe I wouldn’t be facing this large charge. Instead of taking responsibility or offering a clear explanation, I was given the runaround and left to figure things out on my own. This lack of transparency and accountability is unacceptable, especially when dealing with something as important as taxes.

For anyone considering using this service, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. I will not be returning to this place next year, as I now realize the importance of finding a professional who can offer accurate advice, clear explanations, and take ownership when mistakes are made.

I'm usually on top of things, but this year I procrastinated and before I new it the 2022 tax deadline was approaching. My tax guy didn't have any available appointments, so I google searched, income tax services office with a rating of 4+ stars and I found Franco Tax Service in Southgate. I am so glad that they were willing to squeeze me in for a last minute appointment. The staff was friendly, informative and extremely helpful. I can honestly say that I was so satisfied with their service that I plan on returning next year. A big thank you to Juan carlos and staff.

My friend referred this place and I've been coming here for 5 years now. ( I live in Fontana) so for me to drive 50+ miles to get here is so worth it. All personnel is knowledgeable, very professional and very honest.
