I came to this apartment on 15 of nov,
It took 20 days until I receive keys for my mailbox and it’s almost 2 months when I came to this apartment. I request them that door for my bathroom have a problem and cannot be close properly with the drawers of bathroom and also heater for my hall is not working till that time I’m calling them. I am going to Leasing office and requesting them To fix it and they behave with a very bad attitude and they never have a follow up and now they send me email that your order is completed. I don’t know what does they mean by completed Because it’s still the same, nobody came here and work on this one. Honestly, I would kindly request corporate to have a follow up with these people. Whenever we go to the leasing office they put the sign we are closed. I never see this leasing office without the Sign we are closed and they are inside and when you knock, they really come with the bad attitude in bad behavior

We've lived at Waterstone for a whole year. It's safe, the neighbors are friendly. I often go to the leasing center and everyone is friendly and beautiful. They even have food for the dog. Any trouble in my home can be repaired by the property management, and Mr.Ego is always quick to come to the door to solve the problem. I used to be in charge of Mr.Leo and Mr.Lonnie. I often got help from them. I liked their friendliness very much. I'm very comfortable in Water stone.

Sunrise on the green is one of the most beautiful, peaceful place to live in. Their staff members are incredible people, starting with the office manager Joey, he is amazing, understanding and caring. Jonathan always knows how to put a smile on my face. Security guards are polite and help keep our community safe. Anthony is a hard working man, and so polite. He makes sure our community is always clean. Maintenance is always making sure that our needs are met. I’m very happy with the new changes.

Hey there! I wanted to share my experience with you all and give you a friendly heads up. I personally wouldn't recommend renting from this particular property management company. Unfortunately, I had some issues with getting my deposit back, and it was quite frustrating. Additionally, I encountered some uncomfortable situations with the managers they hired. I'm planning to share a few videos soon to shed some light on my experience. It's important for property owners to be aware of these concerns and steer clear of any potential legal issues this company is involved in…I hope this helps, and I genuinely wish I could give them a better rating! It's such a shame in this day and age to be a housing provider and have the desire to harass the tenants who are ultimately your valued customers...
