Called Fox reliable and had an amazing experience! I talked to Shayna and Bianca and had a great experience. Dealing with anything insurance is always a difficult and stressful experience but they made it so easy and answered all my questions. I got a great quote with fox reliable. If you are looking for a company to go through that will make it easy and quick with respectful people this is it !

I have not received my insurance quote from "Shana" and "Chris" since October 23rd.
They are the worst insurance representatives in the insurance industry.

I called the office on October 23rd in the morning and the representative "Shana" answered, and told her that I wanted a quote on two cars plus a house after 29 minutes with providing her all the information then she promised me she will get back to me in the same day if not via email the second day.

The morning of the 24th of October I received a call from Shana requesting to repeat the VIN number of one of my cars so I did provide the exact VIN number hoping to get back to me on the same day on the 24th.

I have not received any email or follow-up call from "Shana" the insurance representative from Fox reliable from this branch yet so I tried to call on the 31st of October and her coworker "Chris" answered and I requested the follow up information about my insurance quote and simply said she will get back to me today as soon as she finds it. 🤔

Today it's Friday November 1st and yet still waiting from this office regarding my insurance quote that I requested it on October 23rd so far not received any information from both Shana & Chris and the office of Fox reliable insurance in Mesa Arizona.

just tried twice to get someone to provide a quote on the phone. nope....they want you to hit the website. you just lost a multiple policy customer. poor sales training. poor service. better to know now.

Good group of people at Fox Reliable. Kind and caring and will treat you like family. I highly recommend everyone to this agency! And they have excellent rates for mobile homes.
