Terri was very helpful today, as always. I have also worked with Deb, Brodie and Leah at this agency. I do not like the automated phone system, but I love knowing the back door ("Agent") which gets me through to a human quickly. I have several policies and have needed help with some complex issues. There was a period where I talked with them nearly every day for two weeks, sometimes 3 and 4 times a day. Several months later, the staff at this agency still remember my name and my policies. The ability to talk one-on-one with the same people is really helpful. Their expertise and kindness has been valued.

I fell on some tough times this year. I had some troubles paying my insurance. I worked with Deb and I felt she really went up to bat for me. She was able to get a payment plan set up right away. She was kind and patient. She listened to me. Before getting with this insurance agency I've had agents not listen and not willing to work with me in anyway. I've been with Fowler- Helfrich since I've moved to CO, I have only had pleasant experiences with everyone I've talked to. They explain the policies in a way I was able to understand and they are just so helpful.
