Horrible Customer Service ( over the phone ) My brother tried calling them multiple times and finally when someone did answer he got a “hello” Is that how you answer the phone at a place of business? I literally had to ask “is this Four Seasons” cause no way he answered like that lol. Then the man hung up and when we called back he answered and hung up AGAIN. Didn’t even get a chance to tell him why we called. He shouldn't have this much trouble contacting the people who hold HIS money.

Tried to call 3 times about them LOCKING MY CARD WITHOUT CALLING ME FIRST. They didn't answer. Tried to call them again (yes when the opened) and it said I caught them after hours. As soon as my loan with this dump is paid I'm switching banks.

Four Season's customers shouldn't have to visit multiple bank locations in order to find a competent employee... Wasted an inordinate amount of time unsuccessfully trying to convince two brain-dead employees at this branch that my Four Seasons debit card, which expired the next day, would actually stop working the next day. They just wanted to argue, claimed that the card which expired the next day was good for 3 more years, wanted to charge me $15 if I wanted a new card, and refused to close my account the three times I requested that they do so. Went to main branch, explained that I hadn't received a new card in the mail, and was out the door in a couple of minutes with a new one.

I have been with Four Seasons Credit Union for over 16years and I have never had any issues with them.I would refer everybody to them if I could.Customer service reps are friendly and very helpful.I wouldn't change banks if I had to.Thanks Four Seasons FCU!

If you want smart mouthed tellers and an atm machine that is regularly out of service then this is the bank for you. I’ve been a customer 15+ years and rarely deal with you all in per because the customer service is just not there.

Tuesday morning 9:15 am. Branch is supposed to be open at 9.........no one in sight. No message on door saying they will be closed.

I only give it one star because I have two this is the worst bank I have personally ever experience there ATMs are out of date there's not enough of them you cannot deposit cash in ATM the online banking app is horrible and constantly malfunctions I do not like the customer service they don't do scrap for you on Saturdays they charge you $15 for a debit card replacement they close early on Wednesdays and I can keep going there fees everything I don't know how this Bank is still open absolutely horrible I'm closing my account first thing Monday morning
