I have never had any property manager work with me during difficult times as they have. They have abated rent, made adjustment and worked with me during the most difficult of times. In addition they respond immediately to any issues we may have at our location. I can only say great things for this company!!

Worst management company I have ever dealt with. Receptionist is one of the rudest people I have ever had the pleasure of speaking with. Absolutely zero communication. They dont take phone calls no billing or invoices. Very extremely disorganized company. Thank good our building owner realized the issues and fired them. If you see a property for rent with their sign out front run away as fast as possible.

Absolutely shady business. Used our TT to juice another deal that was already weeks in progress with an attorney finalizing details and informed us via email they let someone else have the property. Was told HVAC was being inspected and would have word in a day or two so the lease could be signed, which was false and closed with another lease.

After many years of dealing with this company, I can genuinely say they are the last property management company you would ever want to do business with. I spent years fighting with them to fix the leakes in our roof and to stop the vagrants and vandals and illegal dumpers, from causing more issues for all of us tenants.This company is so inept at their job that the have their secretary Linda leave a positive review for them, which is a gross conflict of interestes to begin with. They also find it perfectly acceptable to charge tenants extra money for managent, water and trash increases that are not our responsibility, as the increase was caused by the above referenced issues on the property. 35k increase in trash seems rather fishey to myself and all of the other tenants. They also offered no help or abatement during covid. Overall I would advise anyone looking at a rental property handled by this company to pass and find a property that is handled by consumate professionals, not two arrogant little kids playing with other people's money... Will be adding many pictures to give further credence to my review.
