This firm is very customer service oriented. They are extremely helpful, courteous and are very good about getting back to their customers. I would highly rate them just on customer service alone - which is rarity these days . they definitely appreciate their customers and that is evident in their professionalism, customer focus and efficiency.

I had a very unpleasant experience with the customer service specialist during my call today. The person I talked to had a condescending tone and bad attitude towards me after I brought up the fact that she was telling me different things than what I was told by one of the agents a previous day. I assume it was a simple misunderstanding, but she insisted that it was not. She proceeded to tell me that they were align with what they were communicating to me. I remained calm the whole time and actually try to tell her in the end, it didn't matter, but she kept the same attitude and abruptly hung up. I'm not sure if I was disrespected because I'm a young 1st time homeowner, but hopefully she was just having a bad day. I had a much more pleasant experience with the actual insurance agents (Jessie) that was handling the quote and she was respectful.

Recently switched to Foresight insurance after I went looking for another agency where I could hopefully get better customer service. When I switched I couldn't believe the difference compared to my previous Erie agency! Courteous reps help you with whatever questions and pricing you need. They provided assistance regarding policy changes I was interested in and answered all my detailed questions in easy to understand plain talk. I consequently made a bunch of changes to my existing policies that I had just transferred to their agency and both Mr Cruz and Christina's follow up and detailed confirmations of the changes were excellent. Simply superb service! -Hard to find in this day and age.

To be honest, at first last year I wasn’t comfortable leaving my two separate insurance plans purchased directly and using an insurance broker like Foresight for our insurance needs. However, I wasn’t getting the kind of coverage I felt we needed and when shopping around, the insurance companies focused on the best price often adjusting coverage to make the lowest price so they would get our business. While price is definitely important, I wanted someone to discuss our unique needs.
