Consumer Beware!!!

Ford owns Ethos, don't know who they are? They are the extend warranty and GAP provider Ford dealers push the consumer. When services are needed there is a major disconnect between the dearlership, Ford Motor Cerdit, and Ethos. You will not receive correct services you paid for. Client's will be over charged and taken advantage of. When the loan is paid with additional funds remaing. You will not be refunded the difference. You might receive a small amount back.

My experience with Ford Motor Credit is not terrible. However, the dealer and Ethos are not worth the headache and financial hardship. FMC is apart the issue with no corrections, this why they received a low rating.

FYI: FMC, Ethos, and the dealer are not concerned about public relations (PR). SO THIS IS A WARNING FOR YOU!

Where should I start. I got a loan through Ford 4 years ago. CO signed. And was told my credit with Ford would increase if I stayed on my payments and wasnt late. I never missed a payment in 4 years. Totalled my car tried to finance through Ford again. And they wanted 5k down and to charge the max interest allowed by the state. After finishing a 0 down 0% interest note.
Now my insurance has paid off my car but the final payment hasn't posted yet and Ford is telling me that I am past due and am required to make a payment to prevent negative marks on my credit. Even though they have already received a check from my insurance for 8500(20x my monthly payment) and have the final payment being processed to pay of the car in full with EXTRA MONEY. They are unwilling to do anything to save you from having to pay them payments that they will in turn HAVE TO REFUND YOU. The ludicrousy of this company is insane. They have 0 loyalty to their customers. They have definitavite proof that they will be paid off before Mt payment is due and refuse to work with me in the slightest.

Don’t financing with ford they’re not professional & don’t care about the clients I’m financing maybe 7 times & just for one payment late theire mark my credit 😣🤦🏻‍♀️😞 & they never give you a good interest also they want 20k for I can get a car loan 👎🏼
