I was with a smaller privately owned firm for a few years when the owner passed away, and I was picked up by Foothills insurance. The person I speak to the most is Jen, who takes real good care of me. She actually calls me at the end of my policy terms if there is something better out there for me. Because my answer was so quick I left out a comment on Foothills agent Christine. Besides knowing the owners (they're great!!!) agent Christine has been the person I've relied on the over the years I've been Foothills. When she's had personal life's challenges she's been here for me. She been my go to expert, my cheerleader, and someone who hasn't been afraid to let me know when I need make corrections. Since we have an honest relationship, I know my welfare is important to her; she's one of the best!!!

Wonderful customer service - fast, friendly and knowledgeable. Alicia was able to find me insurance for an uncommon brand of motorcycle. Stacy and Greg have been awesome! In addition to helping our daughter establish her own auto insurance policy, they searched options for us and saved us nearly $3,500 a year for auto and homeowners coverage. While I am excited to be the first person to write a review for this company, I regret that it will be a negative one! While working with Roberta from Cholas Insurance, I often felt as though the information provided to me was vague and somewhat misguided leaving me feeling as if I was doing more work than they actually were doing for me. Additionally, after hearing from a highly-respected local mechanic that their agents are difficult to work with on the other end of the spectrum, I began looking at the rates that I was paying. When I found another insurance company that offered the same coverage for much cheaper, Roberta questioned me as if I did not know what I was signing up for.
But the icing on the cake and the reason for writing this review is the fact that when I called to cancel my policies Roberta showed how classless this company really is by neglecting to thank me for my time with them; because of this I am left feeling as though I was treated rudely by a company who charges more for the same coverage. My recommendation would be to go with another company who has both better manners and coverage.
