🚨Amazing Experience🚨 We can not say enough how appreciative we are of Sandro. He found our dream house for cheaper than we could have imagined. He is extremely responsive, well versed in reality, and worked with our schedule. I would message him at 3am and would have a response within an hour. I recently had the pleasure of doing business with Sandro and I must say ,given the circumstances in which I had to sell my home, it was a very very good experience. I was in need of real estate advice regarding a new home construction and the original agent a friend referred me to did not answer so instead of waiting for a call back, I did a quick online search and Sandro's reviews popped up. After reading endless positive reviews from his clients' experiences, I decided to give him a call. Sandro picked up and instantly, I felt confident he will be the one to help me with my unique real estate needs.
Sandro is professional, organized, responsive, business oriented but also warm and extremely knowledgeable with so much experience that every conundrum I encountered, he always had different scenarios and angles to approach the situation. He is so patient and takes his time to make me understand my options even when I can be indecisive at times.
I visited his office a few times and his brokerage firm is welcoming, clean, organized and Covid compliant. There's so many things I can go on complimenting Sandro about and I just cant pinpoint just one or two things. It was the WHOLE process for me. He is so diligent, thorough, super organized and just a kind human being to work with. I couldn't be happier to write this review, but the best compliment anyone can give some one is to be a repeat client, so I've already told him that I look forward to having him sell my rental for me in the near future. I was so grateful to come across Foothill City Realty. Sandro was beyond amazing. We were buying our first home and were completely lost. Sandro made the process feel like we had done this a million times before. He answered all our questions and kept us informed on everything. Anything we needed or wanted, Sandro worked to get it for us. And most importantly, while we were sure we were not his only client, it never felt that way.
