Could you do us a “favor” and come to repair the AC at Rebel Haus barbershop? It is already 1 week working on this heat and you guys did not show up last Saturday, when we had canceled ALL our appointments ?

I really don't understand how this company Florida 360 prides its self by saying that its customers and tenets are the top priority yet, when your tenets are having an emergency you ghost them and don't answer not even your emergency line. This is extremely unprofessional on your part. Everyone run and do not do business with a place who has no time to listen/ takes actions on your concerns. Only reason I put one star is because it wont let me submit but this place deserves nothing.

Worst Property Management ever! Our office had an emergency with flooding and leaking causing tremendous damage. We have called so many times to contact them and they do not even answer their phones! Do not ever use this company ever again!!!

Worst customer service. This property management does not help when tenants need their support. Our office's ceiling is falling into pieces, it is a safety issue, an urgent matter. and they do not answer our calls.

This company should not be in business, we have an emergency in our office and they are nowhere to be found. We have called a thousand times and they do not answer and when we leave a message they do not return our call. This is unacceptable! If I could I will give 0 stars.
