Saw their offer on High yield savings. called customer service # and was on hold for 10 minutes, so I hung up and called the bank directly. I asked the lady who answered the call if I could get some info on the offer. She responded that she didn't have any information. I asked if anybody at the bank could give me more info, she replied, "No" Then dead silence. No, "I'm sorry" "Let me get your # and have someone call you", NOTHING, just silence. So I said, well this is not very encouraging. I said Goodbye and hung up. This happened on 7-15-24

if possible i will give this bank 0 star. never can get hold of anyone to answer my call. charge me extra 200 dollars every month for my mortgage even after i proved i have my house insurance and updated online. i try to call them again and again and again and finally go to routine of operator, they cut off the phone saying my number is restricted. any reason? no, just cut off. waste all my time. terrible service. terrible bank.

Sold my loan to a debt collector even though I was never late on my loan, not even once. Didn't bother to tell me they sold it but still took my monthly payment (it was refunded). I had no idea until I got a notice from the new Leander--a debt collector--telling me my payment was late.

This bank is a joke. They won't let me pay my mortgage in the branch eventhough their website says you can. They expect you to send cashiers checks which they end up losing. This should be illegal
