This agency added a bunch of fees to the seller...me ..without notifying me or my agent. Not cool. The good news is they made it right. But it shouldn't have happened in the first place. Apparently different title agencies in different towns have very different practices. And very different fee structures. Not even close to a 5-star experience. But it's done. Thankful to my agent for standing up for me!

These people are a waste of time and money 3 months to do title search Cost me additional 1800$ of loss due to lack of them knowing how to do there job! go elsewhere for title work

Do not work with theses people. They will collect your earnest money and even if you have the unrestricted right to terminate the contract and get your earnest money back, they will not release your earnest money. They are currently holding $7,500 of earnest money hostage and will not refund It. I terminated the contract well within my option period. It clears states that I have the unrestricted right to terminate and get my earnest money back. It clearly states they must return it to me and yet I’m going to have to sue them to collect it along with attorneys fees and court fees. Such a waste of time.
