Been using them awhile. A little annoying they are only in Arkansas. Travel full time for work but if I have had any issues or concerns they have been super easy to contact and extremely helpful. Other than limited locations I have absolutely no complaints

Worst bank ever dealt with. Do not suggest at all. Customer Service was really rude to me.
My card wouldn't let me check my balance after 10 PM and at the Farmington location they basically just told me to deal with it. I did and then when having an issue with my direct deposit from work not showing up I was treated rudely and told to just deal with it when they couldn't find the deposit. [I called my employer and the money had already been removed from their account and everything.]
Not helpful at all and they don't care if you have YOUR money or not.

There are big banks, Arvest, Wells Fargo, but First Security cares about your banking needs... To First Security you are a person with a name, not a number in their computer system. I recommend First Security to all my friends and anyone else looking for a good bank..

As a former banker, I am always attentive to the behaviors and policies of banks at both the corporate and branch level. I have to say that First Security in general, and the College Ave, Fayetteville branch in particular, check all the boxes for me. Customer service, attitude, products, fees, flexibility, and common sense responses. I have been a customer since about 2011, and sadly I have closed my account today since I've moved across the continent. But, even in parting, Kallie (Branch Manager) went above and beyond to help me with a few errant details regarding recent transactions that were standing in the way of closing the account. Lisa (former Branch Manager) worked with same proactive attitude, so I'm glad to see that FS Bank is still paying attention to the importance of the kind of people and culture they promote.
All of this is to say: if you are tired of the big banks, or if you are just looking for something a little more congenial and friendly, FS Bank should be on the top of your list. Thanks for everything, First Security folks - I'm sorry to be leaving you. Peace.
