I've been with First National Bank since 2019 as a J1 student, and I'm really happy with the service. Bart at the Healy branch is awesome—always super helpful, whether I'm in Alaska or need something handled over email when I'm away. Highly recommend!

Awfully service. Rude, strongly unprofessional, they have no idea what are they doing. I will never, never come back in AK using this bank. They are refusing to help us with online banking, with Apple Pay, with revoulut transfer and everything that THEY NEED to do for us as they customers. The conditions that they offer us are awful and the people there are the most unfamiliar people with the job that they are doing. NEVER AGIAIN.
My suggestion is in the first possible moment- GO TO FAIRBANKS AND OPEN ACOUNT THERE!

If terrible service, rude staff, and receiving your money after the "7 business days" aka 2 entire weeks and still not receiving your money is your thing, i definitely recommend!!
