I liked everything about FFLW before they switched to the new system in banking. I don't get email notifications anymore when deposits are over $100. to my accounts. I counted on those notifications in order to make sure my checkbook balance was correct. I am still happy with everything else, since I do of my banking online.

I really like that if there is an issue, corporate is LOCAL. Plus, everyone at every branch that I've been to, is extremely nice and helpful.

I have been a customer of this bank for 5 years and the new manager here, Stephanie I believe has no Customer service at all and was very rude on the phone. First I called her checking if I received my new card since it will expire in 3 days and she just told me to use my old one, while she did not bother to ask for my name or my account, it could be any random person calling. I told her, let me check my mail and please I m not using a card that will expire soon. I did find my card in the mail and I she hang up the phone on my face while I was talking to her. Very unprofessional employee and I’ m working on moving my funds from this facility.

I'm posting a 1 star so that hopefully the branch manager takes this seriously: the standards here need to improve. I heard good things about FFL this was my first experience and I was looking to open an account. Aren't you guys embarrassed? One female teller was wearing Halloween makeup and leggings where I could see her underwear from behind, another looked sloppy in jeans and a T shirt, the male was also sloppy and referred to me as if I wasn't there ("tell him I'm busy right now" as I'm standing there.) Very inattentive. I went to the Cook Rd branch instead.

Wow. We were waiting in line for almost 30 minutes, and it was so frustrating. The teller was young and immature and didn't even have a clue what she was doing. What a waste of time. We won't be going here again.

Everyone here is so nice, helpful and they will go out of their way to help a client. I really love this bank and have for 9 years now.
