I'm new to the area and opened up accounts here recently. Everyone here I worked with is extremely friendly, patient, and helpful. Plus the location is excellent. It seems to be the only credit union located in the walkable part of the city. I'm glad they chose a location that supports growth and development in the city's core, and is located centrally for people driving from farther out.

Since that review, this organization and especially a woman by the name of Sunee were extremely responsive and went above and beyond in helping resolve the issue I experienced. I been banking at First Credit union for a few years already and very wonderful people work there always going the extra mile to help you. They are friendly and very pleasant and always treat you with respect. I always leave satisfied with no problems whatsoever, that is why I choose this credit union and recommend to everybody plus they got pretty good perks on some accounts. The only thing I have to say that it's inconvenient sometimes is that there is only one location in Tucson and that is in Downtown, maybe they should put another Credit Union North Tucson or even Marana.

This credit union and the staff are not five stars they are 10 stars. Off the chart and absolutely the best team ever.

I have been banking with First for a couple decades and they are second to none.

They need to bring the second rated First Credit Unions to Tucson so Tucson can show them how its done. Bring us another branch...It can be small, it does not need to be earth shattering but bring it...

And give these ladies a pay raise! They all deserve it...
Dig deep and the loyalty will be there for a lifetime...

My experience going through a mortgage loan was exceptional. My loan officer Cindy Gonzales was extremely knowledgeable and professional. My computer skills are limited and she walked me every step of the way, the closing was a week earlier due to the efficient employees at First credit union! Thank you again Cindy!
