I lived on 327 E locust for 9 months. The conditions were unlivable, even after emailing and calling to get things in order. Roach infestation, broken fridge and a leak that look forever to fix. I have documentation of everything that occurred. In addition, they allowed people, who were NOT on the lease, to live there. There were so much domestic abuse with the neighbors, the cops were called frequently. I feared for my safety.
AVOID THEM. THEY DO NOT CARE.
