We have always had a great experience with Debbie Thomas and Tracy Fanizzi. They both work great as a team and communicate well with our real estate agent team. They have always manage to close our deals on time while explaining the escrow process to our first time buyers and seller. We love working with them and hope to bring them much more business in the future!

I try to only leave positive reviews, but this needed to be recorded. We worked with Michelle S. while selling our property. She communicated consistently with us as if I knew the ins and outs of the transfer process. It lead to us asking for clarification and clear expectations and left her perturbed and short fused. I would have left the relationship at that, but there was a discrepancy on where the money ended up after the sale. When I asked for her support with hopes to understand she blamed Fidelity Title Co, left me with little to no information, and gave me their number because “it wasn’t a First American Title problem”. It wasn’t a Fidelity problem, either, but I was able to speak to someone knowledgable about all aspects of transferring the title and gave me the information I need. If you’re looking for a smooth process I would NOT recommend First American. Save yourself a headache and use Fidelity.

Tracy Fanizzi worked with my family for over 2 months through a difficult escrow for my family home after my mom passed away. She had a reverse mortgage short sale, lender wasn’t even sure how to deal with it, but Tracy was patient and diligent in getting it done. Would definitely recommend her!

The service was very professional and Ms. Margaret Harris was extremely responsive, professional and friendly! This was my first experience in this area and it was a 7 day escrow! I was kept informed at all times. Very smooth transaction. What a wonderful team of Ms. Harris and realtor Iris Malek. I can't recommend them enough!

Terribly run organization. Contacted us a week after we closed on our mortgage refi to blame the lender for sending the wrong numbers and requesting a wire transfer for thousands of dollars to be sent back. "Documentation came through and it had the wrong cover sheet" was the excuse from a so-called team of professionals. No accountability, less than helpful, and they couldn't even answer the phone to confirm that I had in fact sent the money back. If you are in a process that will involve this company, stop immediately and ask for any other company to replace them. An absolute farce of incompetency and shoddy work. If I could leave lower than 1 star I absolutely would. Do not use this company for anything.

Couldn't get a hold of the escrow officer or assistant whenever I called. I left voicemail after voicemail with no calls back. After I already signed all the closing paperwork, they made a mistake that caused it to be delayed even further. Absolutely horrible communication with no concern for deadlines.
