Firm Foundations is an incredible company. Not only are they professional and knowledgeable, they are KIND. Insurance is extremely challenging to navigate, but Stuart and Dale took so much care when helping us with our policies this year. I'm turning 65 this year and it triggered the loss of health insurance coverage from my former employer. I thought I'd be able to figure out Medicare for myself and independent insurance for my wife and dependent daughter. We worked with both Dale and Stewart. They are extremely welcoming and friendly and you can tell they are genuinely interesting in doing the very best for their clients. Most important, it is apparent they are fully knowledgeable about the everchanging details of health insurance and they have the sophisticated programs to analyze each person's personal needs to come up with solutions. After our first meeting, we called back several times and they were always eager to receive and answer our inquiries. For those who don't know (I wasn't sure), brokers like this don't cost anything to the customer. If you are looking for a health insurance broker, you can go to these folks with confidence.

Back in 2019, I had taken early retirement and was in need of Healthcare for my family. We were confused and overwhelmed with the options that were initially given to us, so we were in need of guidance. My wife's boss uses Firm Foundations for their services and they highly ecommended that we call them. We set up a meeting with Dale Penny, and it did not take long for him to put our minds at ease. Dale was attentive to our specific needs and got us the best coverage at a great cost, and he did most all the set up for us and was available for any questions we had over the next several months.
Now it has been a year and a half using this Firm and both Dale and Stuart are readly available to assist us with our changing needs for Healthcare. Just recently we had to submit documents to the system, which these guys handled for us, and were even communicating with us on the weekend just to make sure we were taken care of. This team at Firm Foundations is very professional, friendly, and really knows the business. We definitely would recommends them to our family and friends.

Dale with Firm Foundations was of great help and support with signing up for Medicare part A and then when time for part B. Also his help was invaluable in selecting my supplemental insurance. I felt overwhelmed with the process but with his guidance I am now insured for this next faze of my life.

The insurance business is commission-based and it is a rare gem that puts the needs of their clients ahead of profits. Dale's integrity, combined with a sincere desire to look out for his clients, is such gem.

Having become 100% disabled in our 50s presents a multitude of problems and expenses. Dale, has spent an innumerable amount of hours over the past 5 years , researching the best plan to meet our ongoing medical needs. He sacrificed his commissions (but never told us) to present us with the best health insurance plan. He is genuinely kind, a great listener and very approachable.
