My son had a lemonade stand over the weekend and got a lot of change.. he went to the only coin exchange in town which was here..I assisted him with his change in the machine, we went up and took the recipet to the teller and she asked for a name. I gave her my name and she said I can't give you the money I need to take this because you owe us money...I do you owe money but it's overdraft fees your repeatedly charged me over and over to nearly $300. So we left the bank, we are in bankruptcy so you shouldn't even be trying to take the money.. my sons money that he earned. Then the teller had the audacity to call a supervisor over the phone and got she was far enough away stating that I was saying that to get around what was owed. No mam I gave you my name cause my son was 8 years old and didn't know I could give you his name. Then you repeatedly tried to take HIS money and I gave all the Facebook posts and pictures showing him and his siblings at their lemonade stand over the weekend. So I called the police to report a theft of my son's money. He is his own identity and you cannot take someone else's money to repay someone else's debt. Shady people you are and should be ashamed your tried taking his money. Even the officer sided with us. Insane!

There policy is messed up,they won't email a payoff fee to you,you have to pick it up,they want to hold a cashier check for to weeks for a auto lone,so that means no title to get plates for the vehicle for 2 weeks!!,and they won't contact other banks over the phone to contact there loan officer ,saying the cashier check is good
