I made twice CD because they had the best APY (on that days). It was easy and the man was very helpful, polite, and friendly. Therefore I gave 5 stars.
What I didn't asked for, that is a debit card; but they sent it automatically. Now, they want me to activate it, but I don't want to use it at all, so I shredded it.

They are a smaller institution so may not have all the bells and whistles or a ton of walk in locations, but they are great for the stuff that really counts. Been with them for well over a decade including a mortgage and car loans.
The reps have always been well informed when trying to find the best options and solutions.

I refinanced my car through FPCU and they made the entire process super easy! I did the entire thing over the phone and email without ever having to step into the office. They also offered a way lower interest rate and a really inexpensive yet comprehensive extended warranty.

Tuesday before Thanksgiving, I enter an want to Deposit a CHECK, but GUY (2peopleWorking) at 12:20 tells me he remembers me but there's nothing I can do to deposit check , an basically could care less his mannerisms he can't help me then why is he HOLDING MY CHECK LIKE HE DOESNT WANNA GIVE IT BACK, good help is still very hard to find, but this guy needs to go a ZERO . Great Job can't wait to pull my Capitol out an deposit elsewhere more helpful an Respectful

Despite the negative comments made in regards to the different services provided by Financial Partners.
My experience with them has been one hundred percent satisfactory.
Not only do they finance my car loan, but they also have my car insurance and renters insurance through their Partner.
Any time I visit their location in Firestone Blvd.
Their customer's service is always professional and very courteous.
If anything I would encourage anyone to try their very unbeatable car loan rates and the insurance as well.

Not a Credit Union, a Loan Shark in disguise. You'd be better off working with Wells Fargo, they're more lenient with covid going on, and that's saying something with their news scandals.
