Do NOT trust your investments with this company, because they don't understand very basic, simple attention to detail. How can you trust them to invest on your behalf, if they can't do the easy stuff? In my case they made me jump through hoops for more than a year to access my deceased father's account on behalf of his surviving spouse, so I could pay her medical bills (she has dementia). I have Power of Attorney and Trustee status (with an affidavit). They treated it like an individual account instead of the trust that it was AND then they actually tried to contact the beneficiary for a payout, instead of giving me access! Are you kidding me? I had to hire an estate lawyer and write multiple letters pleading my case. It was one of the most unprofessional experiences I've had since managing the estate - and I've dealt with MANY financial institutions and companies. These guys just don't get it. Go elsewhere.
