I've been highly satisfied working with Matthew and Fides Property Management.
This year I needed to change tenants in my aging co-op in new york, and the unit needed considerable refurbishment to make it attractive again. Matthew jumped on this project with a lot of clarity and energy and lined up the various Subs to do repairs cleaning painting redoing the floors you name it. The place look beautiful and he was able to re-rent it at a very attractive rate barely two weeks after the renovation was completed. He now manages our whole building and help me with my rental, and always responds quickly. Highly recommended!.

We were looking for someone to help with the management of a small apartment building and have been very pleased with our experience with Fides. They've been responsible for managing monthly tasks, finding vendors, overseeing some significant one-off projects projects (bidding and contractor management for a new roof and a waterproofing project) and also been great at spotting potential issues we hadn't even considered.

As an example, when we ran into some followup issues with a vendor, Fides was incredibly effective at getting them to come back and fix what was needed.

As a broker dealing everyday with managing agents I can confidently say Fides did a fantastic job. They are responsive to both the shareholder as well brokers.
