Just sold a home, mediocre performance by this office. Deferring delays, incorrectly on credit union, never acknowledged their lagging on sending request for payoff. This sale did not close on closing date, nor at 3 day delay, and I did not receive full payment of sale price until a full week after original closing date. They opined, "it is normal for these sales to fail to close on the closing date". Poor attitude upon being questioned. Question: "when did you send payoff wire, credit union does not have it? answer: "Friday, when the other wire went out". Upon further review, wire was entered Friday, not wired until Monday morning. Use caution ⚠️
