You see any property managed by this company run away! It’s not worth your time and they definitely don’t deserve your money. The staff they hire are typically not trained well and are incompetent to basic housing laws. No one is ever helpful. Felson properties are poorly managed. Some better than others but any complaint or issue you have will not get resolved or will have a lengthy time frame for it to be properly addressed. You will not get responses to your emails and when you are finally able to reach them on the phone they will ask did you send to right email or nonchalantly state resend so it goes to the top of the list, basically confirming that they do not read their emails. How is it that an email sent three weeks ago was never read. It is always the case, seems as if they receive and delete emails or never check. The properties aren’t that nice either. Once again don’t waste your time.

We lived in the apartment under Felson management. One day my car was parking in the apartment parking lot , one of the branch fell down from a amlost dead tree smashed my car. I spent $1000 on my deductible to fix my car. Vickie Desofi that was the person I talked to regarding the incident of my car. She keeping saying there is nothing wrong with the tree, they are not responsible for any property damage. I was really upset . This is the worst experience I never had. Worst company , worst service!

If I could give a zero I would. They managed Crest View, were I lived for two years. Very unhelpful in resolving a bug problem and safety concerns. Repeated written and verbal requests went unanswered.
