I have been with Allstate for over 10 years for personal auto and rental insurance. So when I started my own small business, they were my go to place for coverage. However, after poor customer care and lack of responses, I decided to change all of my policies. Felicia Folarin and her team completely mishandled my policy termination. It has 10 months and I am still dealing with the mess they made - including sending me and my business to a collection agency when they have clearly stated several times the error was on their part. If you are looking for an agent - steer clear of Felicia and her team.

Agent Felicia Forlain's representative, Olubunmi Ogunwusi, did not properly inform me of my Condo coverage. She only told me the amount owed per year and failed to go through with what I would recieve for coverage. Moreover, she failed to cancel my renters insurance. After my negative experience with her, I worked with Intern Sewa Ayominkun Moore. When I went to change my car from NY to MD, Ms. Ogunwusi committed fraud by impersonating Ms. Ayominkun Moore. When I called her out she apologized.

I reached out to Felicia to complain about Ms. Ogunwusi and have yet to receive a call or an apology. I do not recommend you select this Agent to handle something as important as insurance.

I will be filing a formal complaint to ALLSTATE corporate regarding this incident.

Im an all state customer in another state, I dropped in to get an accurate quote for car and home. After spending 45 min with the agent I was happy to get what I needed. Went home discussed the cost with my wife and called back, They then changed the cost as they said they missed something from 2013 that all state was aware of. ( since there my INS provider) So I got bait and switched even adding home it wasn't less expensive for better coverage quote from State Farm. Sad that this branch made me switch to another Ins provider. I do not Recommend them unless you don't like your money in witch case give it all to them and get bad service!!

Terrible experience. I was reassigned after my previous agent retired. No communication whatsoever. No accountability and no assistance whatsoever. Would avoid at all costs.
