Asked if he wanted to quote my cars and house this year as I had insurance with him before and he replied yes he would get me a quote. Never heard from him. Took a bill I received from Farmers to him that was not correct as I had nothing owed to Farmers. I have perfect credit. I took this bill to him last year and he said he would take care of it. This year I receive a billing statement for the exact same amount. I stopped by his office and told him he must not have taken care of it last year. He says I will take care of it and text you within 1 to 2 days. As usual, I have heard nothing from him. I will not do business with this Agent ever again.

That's funny never needed an appointment before. I did your job for you that's why I finally received my credit. Only took me 45 minutes on the phone with 2 different 800 numbers. As far as never getting back to me with a quote what is your excuse there? Atheist you could have called me and told me you were not interested in quoting on the policy !!!

We had a complicated insurance need involving an estate. Our old agent, who we had 5 policies with, told us they couldn't help. We called around and were told No, No, No. It felt like no one wanted to help us until we called William Krauss. He made this complicated short term one off happen for us, a new customer.

We were too busy with the estate to do anything else at that time, thanked him, and went on our way. However, as our other policies with other companies came to an end we moved everything over to William. We didn't care about the cost, we just knew we needed to be with an agent who would go the extra mile for us. We were beyond thrilled then when he was able to cut our costs on every policy even after upping a couple of the limits.
