Kevin did an awesome job setting me up with better coverage for less than I'd been paying. So nice to have a specific person to call should anything go wrong. And the fact that it's a trusted brand makes it even better!

I would describe Tricia as an agent that always goes the extra mile. She didn’t just provide me with a quote, she took the time to explain all the options and looked for every discount I could receive to get the best rate. And she beat out every other agency. But she doesn’t just stop once she gets your business. She checks in every six months, sends laminated cards to your home, and even mails a birthday and holiday card every year! It is evident she truly loves what she does and enjoys making her customers happy.

If you are in the need for any kind of insurance look no further then farmers insurance and when you call up talk to Kevin he is one of the best people I've ever dealt with for insurance you are not just a number you will be treated very respectful

The worst customer care I have ever received. Zero phone communication. It would appear they
are a 100% texting company, because that’s all I ever got. Asking for a phone call was too much trouble. The owner couldn’t even return a call.
Over priced, poor customer service. No thanks!

Received a referral from a family member to contact Tricia for our insurance needs. Tricia is very helpful and got us better coverage for around the same cost we were paying with a different insurer. The process did not take long at all and she made sure we had all of the coverage we needed including some items we didn't know we should have (that our other insurer didn't tell us about). We will be long term customers and recommend her to everyone.

I am not one to write reviews, but my recent experience with Farmers is deserving of 5 stars. Tricia Peacey, my agent, went above and beyond to help me make a smooth transition into my new home and bundle my auto and home insurance. She really impressed me with her professionalism and quick responses to any issues/questions that arose... and of course getting me a great price quote didn’t hurt. I also really enjoyed the welcome package that was sent to my new home. That was an amazing touch! I highly recommend Tricia and Farmers Insurance to anyone looking for auto or home insurance and I look forward to continuing my business for many years to come.
