I am quite disappointed with the communication from Jennifer Furrer at this Farmers Insurance office in Del Mar. After a great initial phone call with Jennifer, l attempted several times to follow up and reach out. When I called the office two times (on separate days), I was told both times that Jennifer was “on the other line" and will "email or call me back today.” However, I never got an email, update, call or anything from her. I was completely ghosted after our initial conversation the week prior.

Thomas is always super informative and very responsive along with Chris his assistant at the office in Del Mar. I was looking for home owner's insurance last minute for a residential house and Thomas went the extra mile to get everything packaged for the close. He also helped get an Earthquake, Flood & Umbrella policy and gave great honest advice as what underlying coverage was the best fit.
