I recently contacted Stewart regarding home and auto insurance and it has been a very positive experience. Stewart is very responsive, answers questions with the right level of detail and really seems focused on customer satisfaction. In addition, I've had interactions with Lili, a member of his team, and she has been fantastic. Similar to Stewart, she has provided quick TAT to any inquiries and really displays a professional, customer focused attitude.

Decent at first then totally unresponsive. Had an issue with our home and fire insurance when it came time for renewal- never responded to calls or emails from us or the mortgage company. Had a lapse in coverage due to his complete lack of communication. Thankfully nothing happened and we found an insurance agent who has the courtesy to get back to us in a timely manner (or at all for that matter).

Stewart was responsive, detail oriented, friendly, and knowledgable. He went out of his way to walk me through the process of getting both regular home owners insurance and fire. My situation was unique and had been incredibly frustrating up until I went through Stuart. I cant say enough positive things about Stuart. After my experience I am going to switch my auto coverage over as well!
