Hah This is ridiculous : I went on farmers app to look at something and saw the review on the app( 5 out of 5 stars) of my agent and his team, which is this guy Steve and Lydia, Lydia is a dysfunctional person to deal with, and I have left a one star review( a very through and well explained review) here in May because of her service and her attitude. anyway after seeing the review on the app, I came to here to check on my previous review, apparently, they deleted it. I mean what kind of fake business gets 5 starts from every single customer ? I thought Lydia is the only one who is problematic ! Seems like people here are narcissist !!!
