Needless to say but when I started off with the rental insurance, was very pricey. Then a year later to renew, the policy went $200 more!!! I was in a very tight income and a single parent. I felt that this is taking advantage and when I call Paul to cancel my policy because I really cannot afford it anymore, he was super rude on the phone and hung up on me. I had to call the main corporation to explain to the situation why I cannot manage to hold on to the policy. Believe to say, I will not recommend this farmer insurance company to anyone.

I have had car insurance with Paul for several years. One year ago I added my 16 year old son to my policy and gulped at the increase of the cost. Hesitantly I stayed with Paul because I felt confident of the coverage. Two months ago my son was in a wreck, with no other vehicles, and totaled the car. Every extra cost of insurance was well worth it for how we were treated after. Every person involved was considerate and worked in a timely manner. Paul made sure I had great coverage, and it showed with what the insurance company did for us after the accident. I am thankful Paul didn’t cut any corners with my coverage. He knew exactly what I needed in insurance.
