Agent “Savanna” at Nancy Tong Farmers Insurance was the best!!! We were so freaked out over our home owners policy and she was so patient and helpful…. She took her time, listened to us, had ALL of the answers to all of our questions and concerns….walked through our whole policy with us, explained everything every step of the way and made the changes that were needed to help us save some money!! Savanna was just wonderful, plus she spoke up so my husband could hear her!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I want to say thank you so much to Brianna and Savanna for being very patient with me with the whole process of getting my renters and car insurance bundle deal. My car was in the shop and they were very patient on waiting for me to get the info they need. I would definitely recommend them if you are in need of insurance. I rated them 5stars. I was looking to switch to a different auto insurance and I was going with AAA but according to their guidelines I had to get two different policies for 2 different cars and it added up to $300 dollars a month and that's with good driving records. I continued to shop online and I came across Farmers Insurance with Nancy, she had nothing but good reviews on line. I gave them a call and spoke with Savanna, she gave me the best customer service, she didn't just talk to me like a customer she made me feel as if I was family. Savanna was quick and in no time had both my vehicles insured at a great price, she went above and beyond to meet my expectations. Great, Great, Great!!!! AMAZING Staff!!!! And I mean AMAZING!!! They are soooo helpful, patient, wonderful to talk to, knowledgeable of every question you may have for them. I'm so over the moon happy with Farmers Insurance Company and with Ms. Nancy Tong's Agency. I always recommend them to all my friends and family. The team at this office is 10/10 in every category! They went above and beyond to help a mutual client with updating his homeowners insurance in order to ensure there was a smooth transition in his homes refinance process.
