After 20 years with them we had to leave due to a competitor beat their prices. But that was the straw thsy broke the camel's back. You call for info, no return call back, ask for a vehicle to be removed, a week later still not done, make the only claim on my house in 20 years of payment, they didnt follow through and help/demand it get fixed they just say it's not in the policy, I got into an accident where I wasn't at fault, they did nothing for me.. to bad Fran had to retire.
