It's hilarious that these people have 5 stars. Must be family leaving reviews.
So, our family changed policies in September 2023 to Liberty Mutual. Thus far, they have tripped over their own incompetence so wholly that they still have not processed our cancellation. This is funny, because we spoke to them and received evidence of their incompetence via email for everyone in the world to view. So, despite our family giving them their required information to cancel the policy, as of Dec 29, 2023, they still haven't fixed this. It makes me wonder why they are being so petty, when all it does is harm them.🤷🏼‍♂️

Good riddance, Liberty mutual is much better.

Update They processed the cancellation, I assume, because of this review.

I think they are out of business and what Lisa did we canceled our policy and of course she did not cancel it in time. Her husband Don was amazing. He gets the five stars. She gets -one star if that.
