Only reason I am giving them 1 star is because I can not give zero stars.....my roof started leaking so just like anyone else I made a claim with them. They sent THEIR inspector to look at the roof and the water damage inside my home, the man said he was recommending a full roof replacement. 2 weeks later I get a letter from them saying they are denying my claim and I would have to contact the previous homeowners insurance company and file a claim with them....then not even 2 weeks later they mail me a letter saying they want to remove my roof from coverage and if I didn't agree with this letter they would drop my home owners insurance all together....best advice is to stay away from this crooked company...save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.

Prices always been higher than other places but I’ve used them just because that’s where I’ve always been, and the office workers are so kind. After recent events I say that their paperwork and records cannot be kept straight and I went for some thing better anyway.
