Although we'd had the same home coverage for 13 years, our policy was going to expire because of new "fire coverage" regulations. I was referred to Kris Brader to see what other options we could have. I'm SO glad I connected with him! Not only was he able to save us money, but he took the time to walk me through the process, and answered all of my questions while educating me with all of the aspects in home coverage. I was so impressed, we'll be moving our auto insurance over as well, and I feel confident he will look after us should we ever need to utilize our policy, I highly recommend Kris to anyone looking for great customer service, along with amazing insurance coverage.

Kris is amazing to work with and has been the only agent in over a year to give me good reason to switch from my previous carrier. He has put together a much better policy, with better coverage, and at a lower rate than I was paying for less insurance elsewhere. I wanted to shop for new insurance on Tuesday, and Kris took the time to go over the many options for new policies. I had several questions about the terms and Kris did a good job of finding the answers, and then adjusting the policies to meet my personal needs. Thoughout the process Kris was professional and respectful, and very easy to talk with. The prices were good and I'm happy to say that Kris is now my new insurance agent.
