This won’t be a favorable review. I initially signed on with Jeremy based on the rates I was quoted, which were very good. In spite of some start-up problems with Farmers billing systems and Jeremy’s ongoing lack of customer service and communication skills, I stuck with them because the rates were so good. After 2 years, my home and auto premiums doubled, even though I was claim-free. When I questioned this via an email to Jeremy, he countered with a proposal (different policy limits) with a reduced rate. Great, but I still had questions: Why the unexpected increase? Could I get the new proposal in a format where I could do an apples-to-apples comparison between my current and proposed policies? The formats were not similar at all. I sent multiple emails asking for this info, and after 2 weeks without any response, I’d had enough, and changed insurance companies. One bright spot in their office concerns Ashley. She handled a few issues for me once I was a customer. She was thorough and extremely professional.

His response time was poor, and his organization was also poor. After signing up with him, I began receiving emails to sign documents, these documents were for another client. After emailing Mr. Ferguson I eventually received a response saying the issue was corrected. However, I continued to receive documents and emails addressed to another client. It was clear that Mr. Ferguson accidentally put my email address in the contact for another client. He never corrected this issue and I would periodically receive documents to sign addressed to another client. Eventually, I received a phone call asking for that client, I had to explain I was not that other client, and I had been receiving emails for this client, his assistant finally realized what the issue was and the problem was finally fixed, months after notifying Mr. Ferguson of this issue.

Also after initially signing up with Mr. Ferguson, I told him I wanted to pay monthly. The next day I noticed that the entire 6 month premium had been taken out of my bank account. I emailed Mr. Ferguson and did not hear back. I called the main customer service line and they corrected the issue.

After finding a better rate bundled for our homeowners & car insurance I emailed Mr. Ferguson to provide him with our cancellation date. I did not hear back from him, and again, had to call the main customer service line to have the date of cancellation added to our account.

While I am sure Mr. Ferguson is a nice person, his organization and customer responsiveness seems very poor. I would stay away from Mr. Ferguson's agency.

However, I did have homeowners insurance with another Farmers agent Samantha Reffitt agency and they were spectacular with customer service and organization, I would highly recommend them if you are interested in Farmers Insurance.

I have know Jeremy for years and he tries his best to take care of his customers. Sometimes he can be hard to get a hold off right away due to the business he runs but he is sure to get back with you when asap. He tries to get you the best rate and Now farmers has more competitive pricing so I am glad to switch from State Farm. Ty Jeremy.

I have been receiving non stop phonecalls from this office. I am not a client and am not sure how my number got passed along. I spoke to Jeremy once and explained I was not looking for service and was unsure how my number got to him. He emailed me rates anyway and did not seem interested in removing my number from the call list. I am leaving a one star review because I have tried to call the office back to clarify the situation but I have been hung up on every time and when I have been able to get through to a mailbox the box has been full.

Jeremy, and I go back to World Harvest Bible College days from 1994 to 1996. He is my best friend, and awesome man of God too. I am considered adopted older brother to his family. He also is very professional in everything he does in life. He is a blessing to my life.

Contacted jeremy for insurance took a week to even get answer about insurance rates!
Well I went to progressive because I was tired of waiting and I emailed jeremy and told him not to woory about the insurance that I found someone who could get me Insured that day and I woke up this morning to my account -&900 dollars because he said screw what I said and took all the money out!!! Not professional at ALLLLL crooked people as I see it
