Moved to Colorado from abroad three years ago and was able to buy my first house and car. I knew my insurance premiums would initially be high since I had no previous credit in the US. Greg assured me he would review my file in year 2 and 3. I naturally emailed to remind him. New quotes never came and I had to go through the hassle of changing insurance companies. BUT... I ended up saving just over $2,000 per year on car and home with much much better coverage. I was disappointed that little effort from Washburn Insurance in making sure my premiums were at the lowest and best possible. Classic example of excellent customer service to sell a product at first, but zero effort to lower costs thereafter. The tag line on his email says: "THINK 10”! We strive to provide excellent customer service at the Washburn Insurance Agency." I would give less than one star and hope he will actually look after his customers when they ask to review their policies. It simply didn't happen for me, which is unacceptable, so I took my business elsewhere.

I've had my insurance through Greg and his predecessor for about twenty years. The premiums kept going up and I got no response from Greg. I switched to State Farm and for the same coverage spent hundreds less. Not only that, they have been very responsive. I asked weeks before I needed to renew and never heard anything.
