How refreshing to find the right professional! And one who is local. I've had several insurance agents over the years, but have never had the feeling of true confidence that my interests were at the forefront of his or her attention. Glenn and his daughter, Christina, have been unbelievably helpful to me for all my insurance needs. I have never dealt with insurance needs before - my husband always did that. Glenn, Christina, and the rest of their team are very professional and always treats me with respect. They try to resolve any issues I have as soon as they can. They also add personal gestures such as sending postcards on their client's birthday, holidays or just a simple one to check if my insurance needs have changed. It makes me feel like I'm family and in good hands.
When my husband passed away last year, they didn't only send us their deepest symphaties but also send us beautiful flowers. I was deeply touched by their gestures.
