Do NOT do business with this agent! I was charged for a policy that I canceled and when I tried requesting a refund she ghosted me. I reached out to 1-800 customer service number and the rep told me the policy was never cancelled. I had to submit the cancellation form myself and never received the refund. After multiple phone calls, voicemails, and emails that went without a response from Deborah, I gave up. I was a longtime customer of Farmers Insurance and now never again! Buyer beware…avoid this agent!!!!
