Daniel is an absolutely amazing insurance agent. He has helped me with my auto insurance and getting the best insurance coverage possible. I recommend him 100% over any agent I have ever had. Do yourself a favor and find any other farmers insurance agency in the area, I mean any. This particular insurance agency lacks any type of organizational and timely skills. Also just seems as if they don’t really quite know what they’re doing nor are equipped with the knowledge and expertise on the insurance business. Joe Frankewitz sold the business to current Daniel Frankewitz. It seems like there’s has been a decline and professionalism and customer service. Very lackadaisical if you will. So save yourself some time and headache. And shop around somewhere else. I’m not one to write a bad review or bring anybody down, but my experience with this place was beyond disappointing.

Dan is great to work with. He is very responsive and communicative. He always explained things when I had long questions and made sure I understood everything. My claims have never had any issues. Daniel was super helpful in helping us switch from a company we had been with for sometime and they decided to raise our rates even though nothing on our policy changed & no new citation were added to our names. He had such a great attitude and was on top of everything, he didn’t mind doing things on my available schedule even if it was 10:30 at night. Id recommend him to anyone looking. We got our policy packet today and we’ve never had any company reach out like this and actually seem like they care.

Daniel & Jordan from Farmers insurance had amazing customer service, had very flexible availability and helped us find the exact policy we needed so we could move into our new house on time. Jordan Snyder went above and beyond in helping us to understand details of getting our house insurance. I called late in the day in a panic and he was very calming and took his time with us. Even though it was time to get off work I'm sure, he was in no rush or even rushed us through the process, unlike our other insurance company that told me I'm leaving for a ball game I'll do it tomorrow. I was so worried that I called Farmers and got a hold of such a well spoken and caring agent. Thank you Jordan for taking your time with us and caring about our belongings
