Knowledgeable, takes time to really evaluate your personal insurance requirements, rather than offer "cookie cutter,one size fits all" policies. Much better than online or out of the area insurance people or web sites.

Colby and team are efficient, thoughtful and responsive. I moved to Colby and team after having a bad experience with another Farmer's agent followed by a chance encounter with his team regarding Mexican auto insurance. When they wrote the simple Mexican insurance, they were so nice. This was a small task but even so it had an impact on me. So I moved my 4 auto policies and home policies to Colby just over a year ago. Most recently, without being asked to do so, he reviewed my policies and got us "rated" which reduced our auto policy premium by more than 20%. Class act. Give them a try.

Check the reviews and you'll see that two years ago he was in a vested relationship with his business. Accountability with the customer and communication on the policy.
As of the last 6 months to a year I have not heard from him on several of my issues from things as small as updating credit card information for auto pay down to the claim that took over 4 months of emails, text, screens hots of emails, etc to simply start the process to get things started on my home.
Lovely pictures of the family and I'm sure that is what he is enjoying right now.. the fruits of a business that he once took care of!

My homeowners insurance sent me a letter that in 2 months they will no longer be offering homeowners insurance called farmers priced were great Danni did an amazing job in 2 days I was I sured!!

Stop sending me harassing emails like this!!!! When did I last speak to you? I have never spoken to you!!! Not sure how you obtained my contact information. I haven't been looking for insurance and I'm NOT looking for insurance and certainly wouldn't choose you as an agent if I were.
